Each student has a different communicable disease. Paper must be typed and include research in all of the following areas:

*Cause (10 pts)
*History (10 pts)
*How it's diagnosed (10 pts)

**Assignment must include visual material (ex., pictures) (5 pts)

1) Contagious Period of the disease
2) Is there a vaccine for this disease?
3) Analyze your risk for contracting the disease based on these factors: age, behavior, culture, environment, genetics, and pathogen exposure.
