Students will exhibit a physically active lifestyle by understanding that physical activity provides opportunities for enjoyment, challenge, self-expressions, and social interaction. Students will demonstrate the ability to practice health-enhancing behaviors and avoid or reduce health risks by comprehending concepts related to health promotion and disease prevention. As a result, students will be able to demonstrate the ability to advocate for personal, family, and community health.
